Schedule 8, paragraph 12(2)

An order may require that if— the persons concerned or any of them shall observe any prohibitions or restrictions imposed by or under the order. an acquisition of the kind mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(a) is made; or anything is done which results in two or more bodies corporate becoming interconnected bodies corporate;
