Schedule 8, paragraph 20C(3)

A determination made by virtue of an order under this paragraph is binding on— any person who is subject to the order; the relevant authority; and in the case where the relevant authority is the Secretary of State or the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, the CMA.
