Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraph 13(6)

For paragraph (5) there shall be substituted— Expressions used in paragraph (1A) above and in Part 3 or (as the case may be) Part 4 of the Enterprise Act 2002 have the same meanings in that paragraph as in that Part.
