Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraph 8

In section 36(1) of that Act (interpretation of Part 2 of that Act)— the definition of “the 1973 Act”, and the word “and” at the end of the definition, shall cease to have effect; and at the end of the subsection there shall be inserted— “the 2002 Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002;
