Section 107(10)

The Secretary of State shall publish— the report of the CMA under section 61, and any report of OFCOM under section 61A, in relation to a matter no later than publication of his decision as to whether to make a reference under section 62 in relation to that matter; and the report of the CMA under section 65 in relation to a matter no later than publication of his decision under section 66(2) in relation to that matter.
