Section 109(2)

The CMA may, for a permitted purpose, give notice to any person requiring him— to produce any documents which— are specified or described in the notice, or fall within a category of document which is specified or described in the notice; and are in that person’s custody or under his control; and to produce them at a time and place so specified and to a person so specified.
