Section 135

The CMA or (as the case may be) the appropriate Minister may at any time vary a market investigation reference made by it under section 131 or (as the case may be) by the appropriate Minister under section 132. The Office of Fair Trading... appropriate Minister shall consult the CMA before varying any such reference made by him.
