Section 142(2)

The report shall, in particular, contain— the decisions of the CMA on the questions which it is required to answer by virtue of section 141 or (as the case may be) 141A; its reasons for its decisions; ... such information as the CMA considers appropriate for facilitating a proper understanding of those questions and of its reasons for its decisions; and in the case of a report in relation to a full PI reference in respect of which the Secretary of State appointed a public interest expert, a summary of the views of the expert.
