Section 161

The CMA may, in accordance with section 138, make an order under this section. The Secretary of State may, in accordance with section 147 or (as the case may be) 147A, make an order under this section. An order under this section may contain— anything permitted by Schedule 8; and such supplementary, consequential or incidental provision as the person making it considers appropriate. An order under this section— shall come into force at such time as is determined by or under the order; and may be varied or revoked by another order. The Secretary of State shall not vary or revoke an order made by him under this section unless the CMA advises , in accordance with section 162(3) or section 162A(8), that such a variation or revocation is appropriate ....
