Section 164(2)

The following enactments in Part 3 shall apply in relation to enforcement orders under this Part as they apply in relation to enforcement orders under that Part— section 86(1) to (5) (enforcement orders: general provisions); and section 87 (power of directions conferred by enforcement order).
