Section 166(3)

The CMA shall ensure that the following matters are entered in the register— the provisions of any enforcement undertaking accepted by virtue of this Part ...; the provisions of any enforcement order made by virtue of this Part ...; and the details of any variation, release or revocation of such an undertaking or order.
