Section 16(6)

In this section— but otherwise any terms used in this section and Part 1 of the 1998 Act have the same meaning as they have in that Part. “the court” means— the High Court or the county court; or the Court of Session or a sheriff court; and “infringement issue” means any question relating to whether or not an infringement of the Chapter I prohibition or the Chapter II prohibition has been or is being committed;
