Section 172(1)

The CMA shall publish— any reference made by it under section 131, other than a reference treated as so made by virtue of section 140A(5)(b); any decision not to make a reference under section 131 following a consultation in relation to the matter concerned under section 169; any variation made by it under section 135 of a reference under section 131; any decision of a kind mentioned in section 149(5)(b); and such information as it considers appropriate about any decision made by it under section 152(1) to bring a case to the attention of the Secretary of State.
