Section 204(8)

In section 17 (applications for leave under an order or undertaking) after subsection (3) there is inserted the following subsection— Where a person is subject to a disqualification undertaking accepted at any time under section 9B any application for leave for the purposes of section 9B(4) must be made to the High Court or (in Scotland) the Court of Session.
