Section 241(3)

A public authority which holds information to which section 237 applies may disclose that information to any other person for the purpose of facilitating the exercise by that person of any function he has under or by virtue of— this Act; an enactment specified in Schedule 15; such subordinate legislation as the Secretary of State may by order specify for the purposes of this subsection.
