Section 253

The following shall be inserted in Part I of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45) (liquidator’s powers in winding up: powers exercisable only with sanction) after paragraph 3— Power to bring legal proceedings under section 213, 214, 238, 239, 242, 243 or 423.
