Section 268(10)

In this section “bankruptcy restrictions regime” means an order or undertaking— under Schedule 4A to the Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45) (bankruptcy restrictions orders), or under any system operating in Scotland or Northern Ireland which appears to the Secretary of State to be equivalent to the system operating under that Schedule.
