Section 40(6)

Subsection (7) applies where— the period within which the report under section 38 is to be prepared and published is further extended; the further extension and at least one previous extension is made under section 39(4); and the same days or fractions of days are included in or comprise the further extension and are included in or comprise at least one such previous extension.
