Section 52(6)

Subsection (7) applies where— the period within which the report under section 50 is to be prepared and given to the Secretary of State is further extended; the further extension and at least one previous extension is made under section 51(4); and the same days or fractions of days are included in or comprise the further extension and are included in or comprise at least one such previous extension.
