Section 58(4)

An order under this section may, in particular— provide for a consideration to be specified in this section for a particular purpose or purposes or for all purposes; apply in relation to cases under consideration by the CMA, OFCOM or the Secretary of State before the making of the order as well as cases under consideration on or after the making of the order.
