Section 65
The CMA shall prepare a report on a reference under section 62 and give it to the Secretary of State within the period permitted by virtue of this section. The report shall, in particular, contain— the decisions of the CMA on the questions which it is required to answer by virtue of section 63; its reasons for its decisions; and such information as the CMA considers appropriate for facilitating a proper understanding of those questions and of its reasons for its decisions. Where the report relates to a reference under section 62 which has been made after a report of OFCOM under section 61A, the CMA shall give a copy of its report (whether or not published) to OFCOM. Sections 51 and 52 (but not section 53) shall apply for the purposes of a report under this section as they apply for the purposes of a report under section 50. The CMA shall carry out such investigations as it considers appropriate for the purpose of producing a report under this section.
