Section 85

Schedule 7 (which provides for the enforcement regime in public interest and special public interest cases) shall have effect. The CMA may advise the Secretary of State or the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster in relation to the taking by either of them of enforcement action under Schedule 7.
