Section 88

This section applies in relation to any order under section 70C, 75, 83 or 84 or under paragraph 5, 10 or 11 of Schedule 7. The order or any explanatory material accompanying the order shall state— the actions that the persons or description of persons to whom the order is addressed must do or (as the case may be) refrain from doing; the date on which the order comes into force; the possible consequences of not complying with the order; and the section of this Part under which a review can be sought in relation to the order.
