Section 94(8)

Compliance with an undertaking under paragraph ... 3 or 9 of Schedule 7, an order made by the Secretary of State under section 70C(2), paragraph 2 of Schedule 7 or an order under paragraph 5, 6, 10 or 11 of that Schedule, shall also be enforceable by civil proceedings brought by the Secretary of State for an injunction or for interdict or for any other appropriate relief or remedy.
