Section 95A(6)

In this Part “transferred EU merger commitments” means EU merger commitments— which are the subject of an Article 95(2) transfer decision (and, where those commitments are modified by, or as contemplated by, that decision or by a later Article 95(2) transfer decision, means those commitments as so modified); and which have not been waived or substituted by the European Commission.
