Schedule 11, paragraph 10

The Land Charges Act 1972 is amended as follows. In section 14(1), for the words from “Land Registration” to the end there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”. In section 14(3)— for the words from “section 123A” to “register)” there is substituted “ section 7 of the Land Registration Act 2002 (effect of failure to comply with requirement of registration) ”, and for “that section” there is substituted “ section 6 of that Act ”. In section 17(1), in the definition of “registered land”, for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
