Schedule 11, paragraph 10(3)

In section 14(3)— for the words from “section 123A” to “register)” there is substituted “ section 7 of the Land Registration Act 2002 (effect of failure to comply with requirement of registration) ”, and for “that section” there is substituted “ section 6 of that Act ”.
