Schedule 11, paragraph 12

The Solicitors Act 1974 is amended as follows. In sections 22(1) and 56(1)(f), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”. Section 75(b) ceases to have effect.
