Schedule 11, paragraph 22

The Criminal Justice Act 1988 is amended as follows. In section 77(12)— for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and in paragraph (a), at the end there is inserted “ , except that no notice may be entered in the register of title under the Land Registration Act 2002 in respect of such orders ”. In section 79(1) and (4), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
