Schedule 11, paragraph 23(3)

In that section, for subsection (10) there is substituted— Where the Chief Land Registrar approves an application for registration of— and the instrument effecting the disposition contains the statement required by subsection (1) above, he shall enter in the register a restriction reflecting the limitation under this section on subsequent disposal. a disposition of registered land, or the approved person’s title under a disposition of unregistered land,
