Schedule 11, paragraph 24(2)

In subsection (8)— for the words “conveyance, grant or assignment” there is substituted “ transfer or grant ”, for the words “section 123 of the Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ section 4 of the Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and in paragraph (c), for “Land Registration Acts 1925 to 1986” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
