Schedule 11, paragraph 32(2)

In section 26(12)— for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and in paragraph (a), at the end there is inserted “ , except that no notice may be entered in the register of title under the Land Registration Act 2002 in respect of such orders ”.
