Schedule 11, paragraph 34

The Family Law Act 1996 is amended as follows. In section 31(10)— for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and for paragraph (b) there is substituted— a spouse’s matrimonial home rights are not to be capable of falling within paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 or 3 to that Act. In Schedule 4, in paragraph 4(6), for “section 144 of the Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ by land registration rules under the Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
