Schedule 11, paragraph 34(2)

In section 31(10)— for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and for paragraph (b) there is substituted— a spouse’s matrimonial home rights are not to be capable of falling within paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 or 3 to that Act.
