Schedule 11, paragraph 6(3)

In sections 12(4) and 13(6), for the words from “be deemed” to the end there is substituted— for the purposes of the Land Charges Act 1925, be deemed to be a charge affecting land falling within Class D(iii), and for the purposes of the Land Registration Act 2002, be deemed to be an equitable easement.
