Schedule 4A, paragraph 3(3)

In sub-paragraph (2), in paragraph (f)— “specified circumstances” means circumstances specified in regulations made by the Secretary of State for the purposes of that paragraph; “specified insolvency practitioner” means an insolvency practitioner of a description specified in regulations made by the Secretary of State for the purposes of that paragraph.
