Schedule 5, paragraph 3(3)

Without prejudice to the generality of sub-paragraph (2)(a), rules under that provision may authorise the registrar to terminate a network access agreement if the person granted access— fails to comply with the terms of the agreement, ceases to be a person with whom the registrar would be required to enter into a network access agreement conferring the authority which the agreement confers, or does not meet such conditions as the rules may provide.
