Section 134

The Secretary of State may by order make such transitional provisions and savings as he thinks fit in connection with the coming into force of any of the provisions of this Act. Schedule 12 (which makes transitional provisions and savings) has effect. Nothing in Schedule 12 affects the power to make transitional provisions and savings under subsection (1); and an order under that subsection may modify any provision made by that Schedule.
