Section 14

Rules may— make provision about the making of applications for registration under this Chapter; make provision about the functions of the registrar following the making of such an application, including provision about— the examination of title, and the entries to be made in the register where such an application is approved; make provision about the effect of any entry made in the register in pursuance of such an application.
