Section 20

The court may make an order for alteration of the cautions register for the purpose of— correcting a mistake, or bringing the register up to date. An order under subsection (1) has effect when served on the registrar to impose a duty on him to give effect to it. Rules may make provision about— the circumstances in which there is a duty to exercise the power under subsection (1), the form of an order under that subsection, and service of such an order.
