The entry of a person in the register as the proprietor of a legal estate which subsists for the benefit of a registered estate must be made in relation to the registered estate. The entry of a person in the register as the proprietor of a charge on a registered estate must be made in relation to that estate. The entry of a person in the register as the proprietor of a sub-charge on a registered charge must be made in relation to that charge.
