Section 81

Section 15 shall apply as if demesne land were held by Her Majesty for an unregistered estate in fee simple absolute in possession. The provisions of this Act relating to cautions against first registration shall, in relation to cautions lodged by virtue of subsection (1), have effect subject to such modifications as rules may provide.
