Section 91(9A)

If subsection (3) of section 53 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (execution of documents) applies to a document because of subsection (4) above, subsection (5) of that section (presumption of due execution) shall have effect in relation to the document with the substitution of “ authenticated ” for “signed”.
