Schedule 1, paragraph 18

In section 4 (special time limit in case of theft), for subsection (5)(b) substitute— obtaining any chattel (in England and Wales or elsewhere) by— blackmail (within the meaning of section 21 of the Theft Act 1968), or fraud (within the meaning of the Fraud Act 2006);
