Schedule 1, paragraph 22

In Article 18 (special time limit in case of theft), for paragraph (5)(b) substitute— obtaining any chattel (in Northern Ireland or elsewhere) by— blackmail (within the meaning of section 20 of the Theft Act (Northern Ireland) 1969), or fraud (within the meaning of the Fraud Act 2006);
