In section 14(2) (offences giving rise to immigration officer's power of arrest), omit paragraph “ (g)(ii) ” and “ (iii) ”, in paragraph “ (h) ”, “ 15, 16 ” and paragraphs (i) and (j). After section 14(2)(h) insert— an offence under either of the following provisions of the Fraud Act 2006— section 1 (fraud); section 11 (obtaining services dishonestly),
