Schedule 1, paragraph 6(1)

In section 24(4) (meaning of “stolen goods”) for “in the circumstances described in section 15(1) of this Act” substitute “ , subject to subsection (5) below, by fraud (within the meaning of the Fraud Act 2006) ”.
