Schedule 1, paragraph 7(1)

In section 24A (dishonestly retaining a wrongful credit), omit subsections (3) and (4) and after subsection (2) insert— A credit to an account is wrongful to the extent that it derives from— theft; blackmail; fraud (contrary to section 1 of the Fraud Act 2006); or stolen goods.
