Schedule 2, paragraph 1

In relation to an offence committed before 2 May 2022, the references to the general limit in a magistrates’ court in sections 1(3)(a), 6(2)(a), 7(2)(a), 9(6)(a) and 11(3)(a) are to be read as references to 6 months.
