The matters within this sub-paragraph are— so far as relevant for the purposes of this Part of this Act. admission to or expulsion from a course of study leading to a qualification, the award or deprivation of a qualification, and the approval of a person for the purposes of giving practical training or the withdrawal of such an approval,
